Precious Father, thank You for sustaining me since the beginning of the year till the last day of this year; THANK YOU JESUS!

If it had not been the LORD who was on our side, what would have become of me? When men and unpleasant circumstances rose up against us: Then they would have swallowed me up quickly. But Blessed be the LORD, Who hath not given me as a prey to their teeth. My soul is escaped as a bird out of the snare of the fowlers: The snare is broken, and I am escaped. My help is in the name of the LORD, Who made heaven and earth. Some trusted in horses and chariots but my heart is stayed on the Lord and He is my rock of safety forever. Thank You Lord! Greater Honour

Father, as I advance into the coming year, take me into greater honour and satisfy me with Your inheritance in Jesus name, amen!

I declare the decree; “The Lord is my delight, He gives me great honor and satisfy me with the inheritance He promised. Therefore I receive beautiful and wonderful things as free gifts. I declare long awaited desires are being fulfilled now. I declare great opportunities yet open up to me in this season. I declare that the Lord guides me continually and leads me in the way I should go and He makes me thrive in all things. I do great things and still progressively prevail. I increase greatly. I receive pleasant surprises. From places I know and even from those that ordinarily won’t, I receive the blessing and favour of the Lord. I submit to the trainings of the Spirit of God and I yield my vessels as instruments of worship to my Lord. I receive strengthen to refrain my tongues from telling lies and speaking evil no matter how small in Jesus name, amen!

I declare in the name of Jesus, my heart is guided by the peace of the Lord that surpasses all understanding. My words are continually seasoned with salt and it edify the hearer. I do not live in falsehood, I do not lie or misrepresent myself. I speak the truth in love always. My lips have been touched with the coals from God's altar; I am sanctified and I experience good days only in Jesus name, amen!

Review Day 8, 9 & 10

Review Day 8, 9 & 10.

Joseph was the 11th Child but he eventually attained the status of a firstborn among his brethren. In the Bible, the concept of firstborn was very important. Some are firstborn by virtue of birth while some attained the status.

Jesus himself is referred to as the firstborn and the new testament church is called the Church of the firstborn. Joseph is one of those who attained firstborn status.

Joseph had a lot in common with the Lord Jesus. He was a type and shadow of Jesus. He was dearly loved by his Father and sent by his father to go and check on his Brothers. Jesus is God's beloved Son, sent to fix humanity. Joseph was sold by the same brothers for 20 pieces of silver. Jesus was sold by the people He came to save for 30 pieces of silver.

Joseph was unjustly sent to prison and Jesus to the Cross. Joseph came out from prison gloriously, he was given a new name and everyone was to bow to Joseph. Jesus resurrected gloriously, He is given a name above all names and every knee shall bow to Him.

But when Joseph was about to die, he prophesied that the children of Israel would leave Egypt according to what God told Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. However, by the time we get to Exodus 1, the children of Israel had spent about 350 years in Egypt and they had grown comfortable with living in Egypt. It had become home. So God started shaking things up for them. They were enslaved and there was a national policy to kill baby boys. 

But just because something is legalized, doesn't make it right.

In our world today, they don't even want the babies to come out before killing them. Probably because if the babies are already born someone might save the baby like they did for Moses and some others. So now the policy is to kill the baby while still in the womb.

This is where we'll pick up from today. See y'all by 9pm.

I declare that there is a performance of all the Lord has promised me. The favour of the Lord is at work in me. I declare that I am surrounded with the favour of the Lord as with a fence. Therefore there is peace within my walls and prosperity in my life. Nothing get close to me without clearance from the favour. My life constantly attracts favour from all things and from everyone. The honour of the Lord flows upon me like fresh oil. The light of the Lord's countenance shines on me. I walk in light and wisdom. I grow in grace. I experience a major shift even before the end of this year in Jesus name, amen!

Review of Day 7, 30 Days of Christmas -The Rest of the Lord

Rest, from the Bible, doesn't mean sleep or in the manner we use it.

Rest is the goal of every spirit. Any spirit on earth only finds rest if they possess or collaborate with at least one human. So also, the aim of God is to give His people rest.

The children of Israel are an example of believers and the whole idea of them leaving Egypt to the promised land is for one purpose. to give them rest.

When Jesus came, the one thing He offered; Rest. 

One of the biggest quarrel the pharisees and etc had with Jesus is that they said he doesn't keep the Sabbath.

In Luke 6:5 NIV"Then Jesus said to them, “The Son of Man is Lord of the Sabbath.”"

Jesus said; I am Lord of the Sabbath. I am the one who created the world and then rested. The Sabbath is not a day. It is a person. I am.

The good new is; the promise of rest still stands. Jesus says;

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. [29] Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. [30] For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30 NIV

The key words;

Come (to Jesus)

Receive rest (from Jesus)

Take (Jesus' yoke)

Learn (of Jesus and from Jesus)

Find (rest)

He mentioned rest twice. Because He is. Jesus is my Sabbath. He is rest.

My Life comes into alignment with the Word

"Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear."Hebrews 11:3 KJV

*Prayer

I declare that my life is framed to alignment with the grace and favour of God and in accordance to God's plan cand purpose for me in Jesus name, amen!

*iDeclare the Decree

I declared in the name of Jesus that my sphere, circles and affairs of life is framed and reframed by the word of God into alignment.  Therefore, my life is a reflection of the works and blessings of the Lord. Whatever does not confirm with the word of God gives way. Regardless of how things may seem now, I begin to manifest strength, wisdom and prosperity of the Lord. That which I desire, I declare that before this year runs out (mention them) appears in my life now! Come now. Let the angels go forth now and ensure their delivery to  me quickly. I declare it's my best time of the year in Jesus name, amen!

Review of Day 6, 30 Days of Christmas - A Priest forever in the order of Melchizedek

Review Day 6, 30 Days of Christmas - _A priest forever after the Order of Melchizedek_

In Genesis 14:18, we are introduced to someone who is both a king and a priest of the Most High. He is _Melchizedek king of Salem_.

A few hundreds of years later, the tribe of Levi is consecrated to priesthood among the tribes of Israel with express provisions, laws and practices.

However, the plan of God is for us to be both Kings and Priests.

The Psalmist prophesied by the Spirit and declare that the Messiah would operate after the Order of Melchizedek not the Levitical priesthood in Psalm 110:4 KJV

"The LORD hath sworn, and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek."

By the time we get to the book of Hebrews; Bible declares that Jesus is the High Priest in the order of Melchizedek.

So, why not in the order of the Levitical priesthood? We highlighted a few reasos;

The first is because the priesthood of Jesus will never come to an end. Unlike the Levitical priesthood. Another reason is that the Levitical priesthood wasn't perfect but Melchizedek is.

Also, the law by which the priesthood operates was to be upgraded to a new one. The new law put an end to dead practices and activated the power of the endless life. The indestructible! Wow!

The priesthood of Jesus put an end to carnality and self righteousness and brought in the power of the endless life. 

The Levitical priesthood offered animals and needed help themselves. Jesus offered up Himself and was perfect in every way.

The Priesthood of Jesus did not require a yearly renewal. One precious eternal credit worthy sacrifice by His blood was more than enough. It was an overpayment.

Also, our High Priest lives for ever and the power of the endless life is activated!

So now we to can be referred to as royal priesthoods even though we are not Israelites or even from the tribe of Levites. We are a king on earth and a priest to our God.

Father, I thank You for the new Month. Thank You Lord for sustaining me since this year began. I am forever grateful in Jesus name, amen!

I declare that in this new month, I am established in righteousness and I am far from oppression. I declare that I am not afraid for I have the Spirit of love, boldness and sound mind. No terror shall come near me. I declare peace in my home and habitation. I reject medical emergencies and all forms of accidents. This month, I swim in health and live in abundance. I am daily satisfied with the goodness of the Lord. I will not fall prey to the activities of evil. The peace of the Lord guides my heart and orders my every step. The light of God's  countenance shines upon me. This month, it gets better and I go from strength to strength in Jesus name, amen!
